Welcome…

I am deeply passionate about helping folks move towards whatever version of themselves they are searching for. I know that moving towards change can be difficult, overwhelming, and sometimes exciting. Seeking out help is brave, and I am so glad you are here. My counseling style is to work collaboratively with you to assist you in making the changes you want in your life. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to guide you on the path that you know is where you are meant to be.

I have worked in multiple counseling settings that include a range of client concerns, however I specialize in navigating transitions (like parenthood), healing trauma, and building resilience. As a wellness practitioner, I take a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to counseling that honors the whole person including their mental, physical, spiritual, and social health. Focused on both prevention, and intervention, our work will explore your presenting concerns not in isolation, but within the context of your full self and the systems you interact with. I am a firm believer that work/life balance does not exist, and pursing an unattainable goal of “balance” leaves us feeling like we are doing it wrong. Instead we will work on integrating all of your experiences, roles, responsibilities, and goals into your life to empower you to not only get through the day, but thrive for years to come.

I can help you with:

  • Motivation and Burnout

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety or Depression

  • Stress Management

  • Healing After Trauma

  • Navigating transitions including parenthood, grief, career changes/loss, etc.
