Welcome…

Finding a counselor is a big endeavor. I deeply value my clients’ trust and well-being, so I want to ensure you find the best fit and make an informed decision before moving forward.

I provide a free consultation which gives us a chance to get to know one another. This time is an opportunity for you to open up as much as you feel comfortable and I can let you know if I can be helpful. I also spend a few minutes going over the logistics of working together and answering any questions. If we both feel working together would be beneficial, we can schedule an initial session to get started.

My experience as a tenured professor in mentoring students about counseling approaches and theories reinforced my passion for helping individual clients directly. My adult and adolescent clients have a range of focus areas, though I specialize in anxiety, stress management, and perfectionism. Feel free to check out my research.

I can help you with:

  • Perfectionism

  • Career Burnout

  • Depression

  • Stress Management
